About Me
Hello, my name is Emily Tavares, and I am a Public Relations student at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, with a minor in Emerging Sports Enterprise in the David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics. I am interested in pursuing a career that involves sports, seeing as they have been the center of my world growing up. My ambition and hard-working mentality will help me in my future endeavors as I prepare to enter the industry.​
I was born and raised in Saratoga Springs, New York. In my free time, I enjoy slowing down and taking time to focus on the activities that bring me the most joy. This includes running, going out to eat, and spending time with friends and family.
